Here are the most common reasons why a campaign might not receive any traffic:

REASON 1 - The Campaign's Total Budget Has Been Reached

In this case, you'll see a dark red dot on the left side of the campaign name. Hovering your mouse over this red dot will indicate that the campaign's total budget has been reached.

To resolve this, click on your campaign name, increase its allocated total budget (or leave it empty) and save your campaign. If you leave it empty, the campaign will run as long as your fund balance is positive.

REASON 2 - The Campaign Has Specific Scheduling

This could be because either the start date is in the future, or the end date is in the past. In both cases, the campaign summary will inform you about this.

To have the campaign run now, adjust the scheduling accordingly.

REASON 3 - Your Max CPC Bid Is Too Low

Note that the estimated number of available daily clicks is not reserved for your campaign alone; it's available to all advertisers on the network. If your bid is too low, you'll likely be outbid by other advertisers. Adding a few cents to your max CPC bid should start bringing in traffic.

REASON 4 - Your Targeting Settings Are Too Restrictive

Check the estimated volume in your campaign summary to ensure there's enough traffic. Also, remember that you're always receiving unique clicks. If your targeting is narrow and the estimate is low, your campaign might be running out of unique visitors, especially if it has been running for some time.

Note that TrafficZest checks for uniqueness across ALL your campaigns and across ALL providers. You will never receive a duplicate visitor. Even if different providers want to send you the same visitor, TrafficZest will only allow them to reach your links once, from the first provider.

REASON 5 - You Are Receiving Traffic But Not Noticing It

Ensure you're viewing today's stats, or that today's stats are included in your selected time range.

Otherwise, you might be looking at past data and not observing any new traffic.
